The event returned to The Showfield, Harwood Lane, Great Harwood on an 80-acre site, opening at 8.30am and running until late, with gates closing at 5pm.

In the main arena Heavy Horse Ridden Classes began from 9am and Birds of Prey demonstrations and sheep and duck displays continued throughout the day.

There were cattle, sheep and Pygmy goat judging competitions as well as showjumping and dog shows.

Classic cars were on show and there was plenty to keep the children entertained with games and an egg catching competition.
