A youth MP for Blackburn with Darwen has been elected.
St Mary's College student Minhaz Khelya, 17, from Blackburn, was chosen from 13 candidates to speak on behalf of youths in Blackburn with Darwen.
He won by 100 votes in Friday's elections. About 7,600 youngsters voted - 1,000 more than votes from last year.
