A man has been charged with violent disorder and two counts of witness intimidation in connection with an alleged attack on a shopkeeper in Blackburn.
Babar Khan, 44, of the Pint Pot Hotel, Birmingam, is alleged to have struck at Wendy's off-licence, Brecon Road.
He was due to appear before Blackburn magistrates today.
Four other men had already been charged with assault and public order offences in connection with the incident.
