Hyndburn council leader Peter Britcliffe will chair Oswaldtwistle's next area council meeting, which will feature a presentation from Mid Pennine Arts about plans for the Civic Theatre.
The issues of dog fouling and post office closures will also be discussed.
The meeting will take place at 7pm on Wednesday March 12 at Rhyddings School, Haworth Street.
