The legendary sound of British rock and pop singer Rod Stewart is coming to an entertainment’s venue in Oswaldtwistle.

The number one Rod Stewart tribute act in Europe will be performing at the Civic Arts Centre and Theatre in Oswaldtwistle this weekend.

Pete McCall, with his sensational band, is set to rock venues across the UK as the ‘Rod Stewart Songbook’.

Rod Stewart’s career has spanned 50 years with more than 100 million records sold worldwide.

From timeless classics like ‘Maggie May’, ‘Sailing’, ‘Do ya think I’m Sexy’, ‘Downtown Train’ and ‘Hot Leg’, Pete McCall has got something for every type of Rod Stewart fan.

The experienced performer has been praised by critics as “the next best thing to seeing Rod himself.”

The legend’s family have even celebrated the tribute’s talent, with Rod Stewart’s sister Mary Cady complimenting the music impersonator, telling him “you were excellent”.

Pete has performed all around the world as a solo act and also with his band, with each show offering the audience a thrilling experience.

Using impressive movements, fabulous costumes and excellent equipment, Pete transforms into Rod, with the ‘closest voice in business to the legend himself’.

The sensational soundalike and superb lookalike will be in Oswaldtwistle for one night on Saturday, September 3, at 7.30pm.
