Mrs A Cole, of The Stables, Pudsey Road, is seeking permission from Calderdale Council planning department to convert the workshop to living accommodation.
There were no objections from members of Todmorden development committee who also approved without comment a single storey extension to the rear of 8 Pickethall Terrace, Todmorden.
