A 39-year-old man has been charged with four offences of indecent exposure.
Vincent John Mills, of Broadfield Road, Accrington, is accused of exposing himself to three women and a teenager in Burnley.
He was due to appear before Burnley Magistrates' Court today.
Detectives had launched an inquiry after alleged indecent exposure incidents in the Piccadilly Road, Coal Clough Lane and Cog Lane areas of the town on December 19.
