The Council was informed that a set-back had occurred to the plans to improve the Riverside Walk Scheme. The National Lottery had informed the Council that ownership of a short length of the walk had not been identified. Padiham Town Council is to apply for legal advice form Burnley Borough Council on this matter, hoping that the problem may soon be resolved.
