A new public relations company Ad Hoc-PR, based in Ramsbottom, has launched a new low cost "pay-by-results" PR service designed to help new enterprises on a tight marketing budget.
Founder Emma Starrs, 31, said the pay-by-results scheme means that clients only pay when successful media coverage has been achieved for their business.
