A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates for allegedly filming a 14-year-old girl as she undressed.
Gregory Kowalczyk, 49, is alleged to have set up a camera in a flat in Coleri-dge Street which overloo-ked the girl's bedroom.
Kowalczyk, of Preston New Road, Blackburn, is charged with observing another person doing a private act on November 15 and 16 and two charges of making an indecent photograph of a child.
The magistrates directed that he should be dealt with at Preston Crown Court and he was remanded on bail.
