Harwood Gate, Blackburn
PLANNERS have been asked to permit proposed major alterations to two neighbouring properties in Blackburn.
Applicants Z and L Ahmed want to extend the houses at 23 and 25 Harwood Gate in the Little Harwood and Whitebirk ward.
They have applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council for planning approval for a proposed two storey rear and single storey front extension, garage conversion and change of use of land to residential curtilage at 23 Harwood Gate and a proposed front rear and side single storey extensions at 25 Harwood Gate.
Their plans will now be advertised and notified to neighbours.
They have appointed Scheme Designs Ltd as their planning agent.
