A WOMAN found with a 14-inch blade in her pants later sold her landlord's possessions while he was away, a court heard.
Burnley magistrates were told Louise Livesey, 22, claimed she had found the machete.
She sold victim Nick Pearce's television and fridge freezer to get her own back after he told her to leave.
The defendant admitted to police she had told Mr Pearce if he got officers involved she would sell all his furniture.
She had committed a similar offence against her father.
Livesey, of Tavistock Street, Nelson, admitted having an offensive weapon in public on September 22, failing to surrender and theft between September and October.
She was given a two-year community order with 12-month supervision and must pay £150 compensation.
