A 10-HOUR music and arts festival is set to take place on Saturday.

The Confessional Festival, held at Holy Trinity Church in Blackburn, will feature live bands, DJs, spoken word performances, artwork installations, creative stalls, food and drink stalls and more.

Jason Walker from The Friends of Holy Trinity group, said: "Confessional is becoming an important event in the Blackburn music calendar and it’s an opportunity to listen to great bands and to see this wonderful listed building in a rather different light."

It starts at 2pm and finishes at midnight, with the programme being put together by East Lancashire music promoter, Pete Eastwood.

Tickets are still available from the Confessional Festival Facebook site and there will be a limited number available on the door.
