A SOCIAL housing developer is to build 10 supported-living bungalows next to its current project of 11 flats.
Homelife reveal its plans to Pendle MP Andrew Stephenson when he visited the current project off Argyle Street, Colne.
The 11 apartments for adults with mental health problems, learning difficulties and dementia will be ready for their the first residents in October.
Homelife Director Andrew Hopkinson told the MP the firm is to submit a planning application to build 10 supported living bungalows in neighbouring Bright Street shortly
Mr Stephenson said, βIt was great to see the progress which will provide modern, comfortable living facilities for 11 people. Each allows for as much independent living as possible.β
