A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with voyeurism following an incident in the ladies toilet at the Blackburn bowling complex.
Blackburn magistrates heard a 17-year-old girl was in a cubicle in the toilets at Tenpin when a man looked over the wall.
Haben Mihretab, 20, of Whalley Banks, Blackburn, was remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to observing a person doing a private act for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
