A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged in connection with a seven hour rooftop stand off in Great Harwood over the weekend. David Thomas Osbaldeston, 25, of no fixed address was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court charged with affray, criminal damage and possessing an offensive weapon, a knife, in Commercial Street. He will appear before the Crown Court on July 26.
