A MANHUNT has been launched after a man was approached by another man who was carrying a knife in a town centre.
The incident happened in Northgate, Blackburn, at around 4.40pm on Good Friday (March 30).
The victim was able to run away uninjured.
Police now want to speak to Craig Currie, 26, in connection with an affray incident.
PC Paul Corris, Blackburn community beat manager, said: “Following investigation, we’d like to speak to Currie, who we believe can assist us with our enquiries.
“We’re appealing for anyone with information about his whereabouts to please come forward.
“We’d also urge Currie, if he sees this appeal, to attend the nearest police station and speak to us.”
Currie is described as being medium build and having light brown hair and facial hair.
