WATCH out Blackburn, the Hairy Bikers are on their way!
The star TV chefs will be heading to the Croston Theatre at Westholme School in June for an evening of anecdotes about their career. They will also be giving the audience a special introduction to their new cook book, The Hairy Dieters Make It Easy.
The down-to-earth cooks with their ready wit and friendly banter have become one of TV’s top double acts following a series of high-successful shows. Working together for the past 20 years they have so far released 11 books.
Cumbrian-born Dave and Geordie Si met on the set of a film where Dave was a make-up artist and Si the locations manager. They discovered a shared passion for good, simple food.
The evening will also include a question and answer session with the audience.
Admission is the cost of the book £16.99 (excluding booking fee) and all attendees will receive their copy on the night.
