A NEW micro bar has set up stall in an indoor market.
Caskbar, a new Darwen market stall, opened its doors to guests for the first time on Saturday.
The bar will offer a variety of real ale drinks and speciality gins for connoisseurs and traditional pub enthusiasts.
A number of Irish dry stouts were on offer to guests in honour of the opening day, on St Patrick's Day.
Owner Anthony Rothwell, 32, said he will be working exclusively with independent breweries from across the United Kingdom to serve a unique range of drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
He said: "These aren't the type of drinks you would see in your local pub or supermarket.
“The main focus will be on ales and speciality gins.
"We will also be offering tasting and their will be different ales on the bar each week so there will always be something new to try."
It will be open from 9am until 4.30pm.
