A YOUNG boy was taken to hospital with minor injuries after he was involved in a collision with a car.
The incident happened in Gisburn Road, Barrowford, at just before 10am today.
Paramedics were called, who alerted police, and accident investigators were sent to the scene.
The boy was taken to Burnley General Hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be serious.
