Whalley Road in Sabden
PLANS have been submitted to demolish a pool house to provide extra space for a home.
Sunderland Peacock and Associates Ltd, on behalf of the applicant, have put in plans to Ribble Valley Council to demolish an existing pool house and gymnasium on Lower Barn Farm, in Whalley Road, Sabden.
The applicant wants to build a single-storey rear extension to provide additional family space, gymnasium and dining area.
Alterations would be made to the windows and roof.
