A MAN involved in gang trouble after an "all night bender" could remember nothing about it, Burnley magistrates heard.
The court was told how Peter John Kennedy, 23, had not put down the money he spent on alcohol on his court means form.
The bench said there was a potential for harm when young people were under the influence of alcohol.
Kennedy, of Intake Crescent, Colne, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour on July 7.
He was fined £120, with a £15 victim surcharge and must pay £50 costs.
