A TRUCK takes away wreckage from a three-car pile-up from which a young woman had to be cut free.
The smash happened on the Grane Road near Haslingden and early-morning rush-hour traffic was delayed while firefighters from Rawtenstall freed the woman.
She was taken to Burnley General Hospital but her injuries were not thought to be serious.
The crash occurred at just after 7am near the Duke of Wellington pub. The road reopened by 8.15am.
