THIEVES stole around £200 after breaking into a petrol station in Colne in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Police were called at around 3.25am to the Sainsbury's petrol station in North Valley Road after the intruders forced their way through the rear doors of the shop, activating the burglar alarm.
The thieves then forced open the tills and made off with around £200.
A police spokesman said: "We have examined the CCTV taken from the shop and we are seeking two white males of medium build."
Police said shop workers arrived at the premises at around 5am and were unable to open the shop as officers were still investigating the crime scene.
The petrol station was taped off by police and was closed to the public until around 3.30pm the same day.
Anyone with any information should call 101 and quote log 119 of October 11.
