AN investigation has been launched after a fire spread to a house.
The blaze started after some furniture outside a house in Deerstone Avenue, Burnley caught fire.
The heat had melted some door and window frames and cracked a bathroom window.
A fire spokesman said nobody was injured and the occupant had got himself out of the property.
Two fire engines from Burnley were sent to the scene with crews using one ventilation unit and one hose reel to extinguish it.
The cause is now being investigated.
