A MAN has admitted to stealing tools and a CCTV camera.
Magistrates heard how Wayne Peter Sawley, 41, of Dall Street, Burnley, stole the CCTV camera, valued at £50, during a burglary at Turf MOT Tyres and Mechanics, Burnley, on June 5.
Burnley Magistrates Court heard Sawley stole a Stihl saw, a Makita circular saw, a Bosch cordless drill, a Biscuit electrical cutter, a green Heineken bag, a Samsung Television, a digibox, a hedge trimmer, a wireless remote control, socks and food from Phantom Travel Ltd and Steve Layfield Windows, Burnley, on the same day.

Sawley pleaded guilty to two counts of theft.
Magistrates sentenced him to a 16-week custodial sentence but suspended it for 12 months.
Sawley must also complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement within the next 12 months.
He must also pay £50 compensation, £300 prosecution costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
Magistrates ordered that the total amount must be paid by August 15.
A court spokesman said: “The defendant’s guilty plea taken into account when imposing sentence.”
