Whitebirk roundabout in Blackburn
MOTORISTS have been urged to avoid Blackburn's Whitebirk roundabout after a vehicle was recovered by police.
Officers said four men who were travelling in the vehicle ran from the scene at 4.30pm after being told to pull over.
A police spokesman said: "Three men have been detained."
