BURNLEY primary school pupils got active at an athletics festival held at Shuttleworth College.
Youngsters from Stoneyholme, Wellfield, Whittlefield, Ightenhill, St Leonard's and Padiham Primary took part in the events, including the 100m and 200m sprints, javelin, long jump and shot putt.
Wellfield Primary was named the overall winner, and Ightenhill pupil Lewis Nuttall was "athlete of the day".
