A 14-YEAR-OLD boy was punched and had his bike stolen by two teenagers, police said.

A police spokesman said the boy was robbed in Moseley Road, Burnley near to the junction with Rosehill Road, at 7.45pm on Thursday.

The attackers described as wearing dark clothing with hoods, stole the boy's black, dark green and lime coloured Carrera Vulcan mountain bike.

DC Katrina Scott said: "We are investigating a robbery in Burnley where a 14-year-old boy had his bike stolen.

"The victim has been left shaken and we are urging anyone who can assist with our enquiries to come forward.

"Furthermore, if you have seen the bike described, please get in touch."
