THREE men have been charged by police after a jewellers was raided in Rawtenstall.
Two males wearing balaclavas entered Janet Isherwood Jewellery in Kay Street at around 9am on July 11 last year.
A large amount of jewellery was taken and two female shop assistants were threatened with weapons.

Following extensive CCTV enquiries and a press appeal for information, three suspects were arrested and this week charged by Greater Manchester Police.
Christopher Reuben, 31, of Wigan Road, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Lee Tansey, 39, of Innings Drive, Salford and Anthony Gough, 36, of Blackmoor Drive, Liverpool, were all charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.
All three appeared at Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (March 22).
