A 22-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with the attempted murder of a Darwen teenager.
Arturus Galinauskas, of Nelson Street, Southport is jointly charged with a second man, Wai Lam, 34, of Hope Street, Southport, with the attempted murder of the 17-year-old boy who suffered multiple stab wounds at an address in Lord Street on October 30.

The pair are both also charged with wounding the youth with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm and burglary at the address and theft of a mobile phone and £1,600.
Galinauskas and his co-accused will sit before Preston Crown Court on Monday.
They are both remanded in custody.
