Burnley Crown Court
AN 18-year old-man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with raping a 15-year-old girl.
Tyler James Deterville, of Roundwood Avenue, Reedley, was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court where he will appear on February 4.

Conditions of bail include residence, a curfew between 8 pm and 6 am and not to enter Accrington where the alleged victim lives.
