And once the store in Keirby Walk has been given a lick of paint, the online clothing giant will be hosting a two-day Boohoo pop-up shop and donating all the proceeds to the Reedley organisation.

“Our Keirby Walk shop has been in need of renovation for some time we so going to be closing for a short period and then reopening with the pop-up shop, featuring their lines.

“Two days before the relaunch the windows will be blacked out and there will be posters in the windows, announcing that something is ‘coming soon’. Staff from their Burnley site will be volunteering alongside our own volunteers to run the shop.”

Holly Marriott, Boohoo marketing executive, said: “We will be taking over the hospice with a pop-up shop for the Friday and Saturday, October 21 and 22. We are going to be helping them with the refurbishment and then giving all the proceeds to the hospice from the two days.
