BLACKURN’S new Premier Inn is the ideal spot to explore the town and borough, says its new manager Sarah Wardle.
She expressed her delight at taking over the new 60-bed hotel in the £34million Cathedral Quarter, which opened on November 4.
It will contribute £2.9m to the local economy while generating 30 new year-round jobs for the residents of Blackburn with Darwen borough and nearby area.
It is situated just a short walk from Blackburn town centre, roughly 100 metres from the train station and not much further from Blackburn Cathedral.
The Inn’s operations manager, Ms Wardle, highlighted its closeness to The Mall shopping centre, Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery and King George’s Hall.
She said: “The location of this new Premier Inn hotel is what really sets it apart.
“The proximity to so many amenities, historical sites and attractions will benefit our guests and really enhance their stay here .”
