Raja Saddam Hussain is wanted in connection with two robberies and a burglary. He has links to the Accrington area.
Anthony Johnson has been wanted in connection with drugs possession since June 10, 2014. He also goes by the name Michael Bullen.
Tomasz Czerniak is wanted for two assaults. He has links to Blackburn.
Officers would like to speak to Macauley Worth, 19, from the Burnley area, after a 23-year-old man was assaulted at Rossendale Road Service Station shortly before 3am on December 26, 2014.
Mark Anthony Bleasdale has been wanted since May 18, 2015 for drugs possession. He speaks with a Liverpool accent.
