THIS refurbished restaurant appears to offer more specials on its menu than standard dishes.
You can choose from special baltis, chef's specials, special banquet menus and even Azeem's specialities.
In the end we chose two dishes which I can't think I've ever seen offered before - lamb ginger curry for me and lamb chops with Madras sauce for the better half.
Add chapattis, mint sauce and a portion of pilau rice and the bill came to £12.40.
What we got was a meal which would have fed four - and these were just medium-sized portions.
We got a free helping of Bombay potatoes, then there must have been 10 small lamb chops.
The meat just dropped from the bone and went perfectly with the flavoursome Madras sauce.
My lamb dish was delicately spiced, with a hint of ginger, and was delicious.
Both dishes came from the specials menu - and they certainly were.
