A DISQUALIFED driver was caught behind the wheel weeks after he had been banned for 18 months and made subject to a suspended prison sentence.
Blackburn magistrates heard Usman Ali Rasul claimed his brother had been driving.

But he was convicted after trial and jailed for a total of 38 weeks.
Rasul, 23, of Clarendon Road, Blackburn, was also banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.
