RUSH hour traffic was brought to a standstill last night after a four car crash on the M65 motorway.
Police and paramedics were called to the accident at junction three eastbound at Hoghton at about 4.30pm.
One lane of the motorway was closed for around two hours while the vehicles were recovered. Ambulance crews attended the incident but were not needed. Nobody was injured.
