AN ACCRINGTON doorman showed the court an unusual piece of evidence after being bitten by a yob – a tattoo saying ‘Suarez was here’ around a tooth mark on his leg.
Nathan Walker pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray following an attack on a bouncer at The Broadway, on Whalley Road, at 11pm, November 22, 2013.

The 24-year-old thug, of Lee Street, Accrington, was given a 16-week jail term, suspended for 12 months, and also given a six-month supervision requirement.
Burnley Crown Court heard that Walker threw a bottle at a wall and bit the unnamed doorman.
Roger Brown, prosecuting, told the court that following the incident the victim had a tattoo referring to former Liverpool player Luis Suarez who bit Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic.
The row escalated after Walker was told to leave the pub by the doormen.
