A 38-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates following an online child protection operation.
Malcolm Titmus, of Whitby Drive, Blackburn, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court charged with possessing indecent images of female children aged between four and 13 years of age and four charges of making indecent images.
