TWO men have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with drug offences.
One of them is also charged with dangerous driving.
Tayab Ahmed Rehman, 25, of St James Road, Blackburn, is charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply, dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
Mohammed Waqas Riaz, 27, of Preston New Road, Blackburn, is charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply and assaulting a PCSO.
They will appear at Preston Crown Court on August 3.
