NO evidence was heard during the third day of proceedings in the trial of a Clayton-le-Dale lorry driver accused of three counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Neil Margerison, 23, of Ribchester Road, denies the charges.
His lorry collided with a car on January 5 last year on the A17 near Sleaford in Lincolnshire, killing a coupel and their young son.
The trial, held up by legal argument, is due to continue tomorrow.
