Road delays
TRAFFIC in Vicar Street, Great Harwood, will be affected when roadworks get underway tomorrow.
Engineers from United Utilities will be working outside 147, digging to around 1.5 metres, a county council spokesman said. Work is expe- cted to last for about 48 hours.
