DARWEN people seeking information will be able to get everything under one roof when the Citizens' Advice Bureau (CAB) moves into the town hall.
A new partnership between Blackburn with Darwen Council and the CAB means CAB volunteers will work side by side with council staff from June 1.
Coun Dave Hollings, executive member for citizens and consumer rights, said: "Working together will enable us to achieve more and will provide easier access to advice and information services for our residents."
Gordon Taylor, chairman of the CAB management committee, added: "Our advisers will benefit from council support and easier access to council services, while their expertise will enhance the council's advice service."
