THE Tories’ election hopeful for Hyndburn believes it’s a matter of when and not if he wins a seat in Parliament.
Kevin Horkin has promised to protect the carers’ allowance “when elected MP”.
He said: “Even if it means voting against my own government I would not support welfare changes for carers.”
