Motorist charged with causing death by dangerous driving after sports car overturned
A MOTORIST has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a sports cars overturned in East Lancashire a year ago this week.
An investigation was launched after a BMW M5, carrying four men, flipped on Rochdale Road, in Edenfield, just before midnight on January 7, 2014.

Farhan Majid, 35, the front-seat passenger, of Convent Grove, Rochdale, suffered fatal injuries as a result.
Illias Kindilidis, 30, of Monton Street, Moss Side, accused of causing death by dangerous driving, was sent for crown court trial by Pennine magistrates and bailed until February 2.
