CHARLIE HEBDO: East Lancashire Muslims condemn Paris attacks
MUSLIMS across East Lancashire have condemned the terrorist attack on the officers of French magazine Charlie Hebdo.
Councillor Salim Sidat said: “The Muslims of Blackburn deplore the French massacre, which has been carried out by so-called ‘Islamists’.

“Our heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families.
“This was carried out by scumbag terrorists for their own warped ideology, nothing to do with any form of Islam.
“These people are pure evil; they have no place in any society. We stand united shoulder to shoulder with the people of France. These are barbaric people and wherever they are in the world, they do not represent the Muslim Community.”
