Police are continuing to investigate after after a man was found in a Burnley street with serious head injuries.
The 44-year-old, who has not been named, was found close to his home in Burnley Road, Harle Syke, after a night out on January 21.
He was discovered by a man on his way home in a taxi.
He is now recovering from his injuries.
