THE identities of a woman and toddler found dead in Chorley have been released.
The bodies of Angel Hudson aged 26, who was known locally as Katie and her son Arthur Hudson-Cardy, aged 22 months, were discovered by officers at a house on Princess Way, Euxton, on Wednesday evening.
Their family have now been informed.

Lancashire police said they are not seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.
Police said they were alerted 6.55pm on Wednesday.
Post mortem examinations to establish the causes of death aredue to be arranged.
Detective Superintendent Eddie Thistlethwaite, who is leading the investigation, said: “This is a tragic case; it is being treated as a murder inquiry, although we are not looking for anybody else in connection with this incident.
“We are still in the very early stages of this investigation, but we are conducting a number of enquiries in order to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the deaths.”
