Apparently a young scrote decided it was fun to fly up the hill to Great Harwood at 60mph. Once again it's a wonder nobody was killed by the actions of yet another speeding driver. Doubt he'll get more than a slap on the wrist. When will the authorities start throwing the book at these pieces of filth?

Poor reporting again. There were three vehicles involved. The driver who caused the accident, was suspected of being both drunk and drugged up and fled the scene, to return for his car key then he fled again. How he didn't cause serious injury is amazing.

I was meaning the reporting was vague and not much info, just like my post. I do hope no one was injured. The readers know more about what went on than the Telegraph.
